In this series, you'll progress through Pilates exercises aimed at strengthening your core muscles, glutes and legs for balance as well as toning your arms, lifting your posture and improving flexibility. These classes are short so that they’re easy to fit into your day. We recommend doing one every day for maximum results. Each class will build on the last so feel free to repeat a class as many times as you need until it feels doable and then move on to the next.
