In class four, Alisa Wyatt takes you through your paces on your home Reformer, adding more skills to what you have learned so far. In this class you'll use a Short Box (if you don't have one, keep doing it the way you've been doing it), you'll also add more flow and begin to transition from exercise to exercise using Pilates principles. This series sets you up with a strong foundation on which to build your practice.
