Delegates in the US Department of Energy/Department of Commerce Trade Mission to China in April, 2015 expressed interest in further discussion of the management of intellectual property when an American company does business in China. The Chinese IP legal environment continues to evolve, with the addition of new IP courts, stronger enforcement and good and improving success rates for foreign patent holders in litigation in China.
