In this class, Kim Reis leads you through a series that will strengthen all the parts that will help you float your side bends when you get to the first flow class (coming up next). New exercises you’re working on in this session include Shoulder Bridge with kicks, variations in the Side Kicks series, Kneeling Side Kicks, and preparation exercises for Side Bend. Repeat this class as many times as you need to feel confident in your strength before trying the first flow workout in Class 4 where you’ll bring together all the skills you’ve built so far.
