If it’s been a while since you’ve done Pilates or you’re wondering what to try next after our Pre-Pilates series, you’re in the right place. Our ClassicFit series is a progressive series of workouts designed to build core strength & muscle memory. They’re also a great refresher for anyone coming back to Pilates. Feel free to repeat classes until you feel stable and in control, that’s your cue that you’re ready to progress to the next workout.
