Make maximum use of the next 20 minutes and join Miguel in this short but intense intermediate Reformer session, which ends with 1 minute of Pulls Ups on the Cadillac (don't have a Caddy? Do 10 Push Ups instead!). Don't bog yourself down with details, the purpose of the workout is to keep the pace and flow while getting the most out of each exercise.
