You’ll strengthen your core, relax tension in your body and work your legs and balance too. Each daily class builds on the last and you can repeat a class as many times as you need to before moving to the next class. The only equipment needed is a chair and a hand towel. In this second class of this series Alisa Wyatt builds on exercises introduced in the first class and adds moves to strengthen your inner thighs and stretch your waist. You’ll go deeper into strengthening your legs to make you be stronger on your feet. Consistency is key, so practice daily, and repeat each class as many times as needed. In addition to a chair on a non-slip surface, you will want to have a towel for this class. Filmed at Pilatesology Studio. Next Class
