If you’re a runner, your body will really benefit from this brief workout that will help you move more efficiently and shave minutes off your time. Victoria works with her husband Nick, and focuses on the imbalances that come from running—tight hamstrings and hips—and can cause problems when ignored. She also adds Push Ups and the Skiing exercise from the Reformer (done here on the mat) to build stability, as well as a fantastic Hamstring Stretch that you can do with a park bench or chair. Try this workout on a smartphone at the park before or after a run to prepare the body or stretch things out. Filmed at Pilates on 66th, Victoria’s studio on NYC’s Upper East Side.
