In class 2 of his series, Mariano Dolagaray continues building the skills you need for empowered handstands. Each class is progressively building in intensity so get ready to flow through your mat workout while opening the shoulders, chest and upper back and practicing the strong straight body alignment needed for hand balancing. You’ll finish with a basic handstanding exercise in a diagonal shape facing the wall to build the straight alignment needed for inversions and arm weights against the wall to decompress.
