Hello Alisa, I have just joined your site and am so enjoying your classes. I live in South Africa and unfortunately for us, the internet is VERY slow here. As a result the videos upload very slowly and spend a lot of time buffering. I noticed that you can only adjust the quality to 360. Would you be able to add a 240 resolution option to allow for lagging internet? This would allow myself and others in my situation to continue enjoying the fantastic exercises you offer.

Hi Nourish, Thank you for this note! I’m asking our video provider whether this is possible. Stay tuned…

It would be helpful if the description listed the 7 daily moves so we didn’t have to watch the video to be reminded of what they are.

Looks like they don’t answer questions or check the comments? That makes me nervous to sign up. Perhaps an in-studio class would be a better way to spend my money.

Hi erestraviz,
Thanks for writing! We do our very best to answer every question but our programs recently experienced a bug that was preventing our teachers from seeing comments. It’s currently being fixed (thanks to your note). You’ll see my answer to asherah’s comment in a sec.

Hi Andrea,
Thanks for your program, this is great ! I would like to have your advice on keeping up with Pilates in the long run. I really that the length of the workouts in this program, but I would also like to add, from time to time, a longer class. What type of class do you suggest in oder to progress ? How regularly ? Would you replace 1 day by a longer class for example ?
I’d love to have your insights, as I’m trying to build a strong Pilates habit that would fit my schedule AND help me progress.
Thanks !

Hi asherah,
Sorry for the long delay in replying to your question! The emails for our programs were getting stuck in internet limbo.
We suggest adding any of the classes in our Mat 101 (https://pilatesology.com/mat-101/) section or by doing our Learn the Basics Program: https://pilatesology.com/programs/learn-the-basics/
If you get stuck, please feel free to write to us, we are here to help!

PS, the magic number for workouts per week is 3. Up to 60 minutes is great but it can be as short as 10 minutes as well, it’s the consistency that counts.
