Join Mariano Dolagaray for the first class in his series on developing the skills needed for the ultimate upper body exercise, the handstand. In today’s class you’ll flow through your mat warm up to awaken core strength and shoulder mobility. Then Mariano takes you through several exercises on the mat and against a wall with arm weights to prepare the wrists, hands, and upper body followed by a decompression exercise to relieve stress on the wrists.
