Kathi will have your head spinning with all of her fun variations in this Intermediate/Advanced mat session that emphasizes side bending, using your Powerhouse, and slimming your hips. As always, the train that is Kathi’s energy is unstoppable—if you ever suffer from lack of motivation she’s your ticket to get back on track. She saves a surprise for the very end that many of Romana's apprentices will know well (sometimes called the Clara Stretches) and everyone else will find stretchy, challenging and graceful (perhaps not graceful the first time but keep practicing). Apparatus note: Kathi and her students Elvy & Barbara are using a foldable Gratz mat with foot strap and handles for this video.
