When there’s no room to get down on the floor, Victoria’s workout against the wall is a fantastic spine lengthening, posture improving solution. Combining matwork with exercises using optional arm weights, the wall becomes a teaching tool for the body to engage against, rather than relax. It’s a much more intense workout than it appears to be and will create positive changes in your body that will stay with you for the rest of your upright day. Victoria’s student Nancy is 38 weeks pregnant and while this is an excellent workout for pregnancy, it’s wonderful for anyone and everyone’s body and will likely leave you with sore arms and bottom. Practice Victoria’s Wall Workout during a busy day to fix back problems, erase computer slouch, airplane hangover and to lift the weight of gravity off your shoulders. Filmed at Pilates on 66th, Victoria’s studio on NYC’s Upper East Side.
