There’s no equipment needed and Molly offers modifications for common issues like Diastasis Recti, lack of feeling in the lower abs, pelvic floor weakness, prolapsed uterus, peeing when you sneeze, postpartum depression, numbness due to C-section, breast tenderness and mastitis.
