You’ll get modifications to help you achieve the goal of each exercise and cues designed to increase your your flexibility. The stretches at the end of class use a chair to prop your leg on and you’ll also want to have a yoga belt or long towel, a hand towel and a yoga block or a thick book you can sit on.
