We don't use music on Pilatesology for 2 reasons - the first is that Joseph Pilates wanted your focus and awareness to be internal and for you to become familiar with your own body's rhythm and the second being the fact that adding music is complicated by many factors such as personal music taste, rights, technology etc. We're a tiny team so we opted to leave it out and stay true to our mission to record Pilates as it was originally taught by Mr. Pilates.
