Workouts for Diastasis Recti

Hi Alisa,

I'm so happy to have found Pilatesology! And I would love your recommendations for videos for people with Diastasis Recti. I've practiced Pilates for about 15 years, and up until having babies about 7 years ago, I considered myself intermediate-advanced. I regularly practiced with classical Pilates DVDs (always mat workouts). But since having kids I haven't been as regular, but am trying to pick up my practice again. I have a diastasis that developed during my second pregnancy, and during some core work I do feel it still. Would love your recs for vidoes that target this.

I would also suggest doing our Pre-Pilates Series because it will build strength in your corset muscles and that can be helpful: https://pilatesology.com/pre-pilates-progression/
