Upper Body Workouts

Hi Alisa, 

I’m working on the beginner progressions series, and somewhere between class level 3-4 seems to be working for me. Do you have any other class recommendations for that level? Are there any workouts specifically for the upper body?

Hi M!
I do have loads of recc's for you -- and know that it's totally ok to repeat classes in the Beginner Progression until it feels like you're ready to move on.
 
Here's a list I pulled for you -- I would definitely try the Zoom classes as there is so much wonderful stuff in those!
 
Also, if you get stuck on an exercise or want to see some tips, check out our Exercise Encyclopedia. It has breakdowns of all of the mat exercises.
