This poster recreates as closely as possible the exercises and exact positions of Joseph Pilates' original Wunda Chair poster with the addition of four exercises not in Joe's original poster but now considered part of the traditional vocabulary--Corkscrew, Tabletop, Twist-Teaser and Star. The entire series was photographed using one of Joe’s original Wunda Chairs that was at the Henri Bendel studio.
