Allison Bowers

Hi, ya’ll! I’m Alli. I'm based out of Raleigh, NC and teach out of my studio in the City of Oaks. I discovered Pilates while rehabbing my knee in college at NC State University. I fell in love with it immediately. Soon after, I moved to Manhattan to attend graduate school & decided to get certified on the side. It was in New York City that I really dove into the Pilates method and made the transition from student to teacher. I was comprehensively certified through the United States Pilates Association (U.S.P.A) & spent almost a decade of my career working for and managing Equinox Pilates studios in Lower Manhattan. Today, you can find me teaching privates & semis on my beloved Gratz apparatus, filming virtual offerings for my on-demand library, & leading Pilates mat classes around town. I love sharing my passion for classical Pilates in Raleigh & feel so lucky to teach this work!
